Shipping Policy

When will my package be shipped?

We will make every attempt to ship on the same day, but cannot guarantee this.  Orders placed after 3:00 pm PST will ship the next day from California. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.

What delivery method is used?

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail Service.

How to get my order on time?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Entering a wrong shipping address at checkout can cause problems with receiving your order. Confirm your address is correct at checkout to ensure you receive your order on time and problem free.

Does the hot weather pose a problem to my shipment?

During the hot months, there is the possibility that some products may soften or melt during transit especially chocolate, caramel, and coated bars. We ship all orders from our location, but unfortunately we have no control over the shipping companies' delivery conditions.

How can I protect my shipment from melting?

Make sure to ship your items to an address where your package will be brought inside immediately. You should avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor's home. To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods.

*During the hot months any order placed on a Thursday or a Friday with an  item that’s prone to melting will be held in our warehouse until Monday.

What can I do if I receive food that has melted?

We recommend that you place boxes of bars in the refrigerator for about an hour or two.  Try not to handle the individually wrapped products. Leave them in their boxes. Items will harden with no loss of quality, nutrition or taste, although they may appear different.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the Continental US at this time.
